Notice 06-04-2025 : We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website, designed to provide residents with faster access to information about upcoming events, meetings, and important documents.

If you would like to rent the Town Hall for an event, please first contact the Town Clerk to see if your desired date is available.

After you have verified your date is available, please complete the Hall Rental Agreement below and mail it to the Town Clerk with two checks: one for the security deposit and one for the rental fee.

The Town Clerk will make arrangements with you to pick up the hall keys prior to your event.

Once the event is done, the property will be inspected. After verification that the Hall has been properly cleaned, no damage has occurred, and your keys have been returned, your security deposit will be returned to you.

Current Rental Fees:

  • $50 for Town of Eau Pleine Residents
  • $100 for Non-residents
  • $0 for Nonprofits
  • $100 Security Deposit is required for Residents, Non-residents, and Non-profits
