Effective May 13, 2026:

Legal notices for the Town of Eau Pleine will no longer be posted to the Dock of DuBay bulletin board.

Per Wis. Stats. Chapter 985.02, legal notices “must be posted in at least 3 public places likely to give notice to persons affected or must be posted in at least one public place likely to give notice to persons affected and placed electronically on an Internet site maintained by the municipality.”

Legal notices will still be posted to the Town Hall bulletin board (3191 State Highway 34, Junction City), to the Recycling Center bulletin board (located on the north side of Highway H across from the Town Hall), and to the Town website (https://townofeaupleine.com).
