NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Eau Pleine, Portage County, Wisconsin, will hold a public hearing on the proposed rezoning request for parcel ID # 016250626-10 at the Eau Pleine Town Hall, located at 3191 State Highway 34, Junction City, Wisconsin, on the 13th day of May, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The property owner at 2977 County Road G, Michael Helmuth, is requesting the following: (1) Amend the Future Land Use Map to change 5 acres from L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use to Industrial. (2) Rezone 5 acres from A4 General Agriculture to Industrial. (3) Grant a Special Exception to operate a truss manufacturing facility.
